AI Business Coach in Chichester: Do You Want a Coach or Someone Who Sets It Up?
The two get mixed up in searches. A coach helps you decide. An installer does the work. Many owners need the second.
If you are searching for an AI business coach in Chichester, decide first whether you want coaching or installation. Dean Keating, who publishes this directory, is the second: he builds and installs AI agents remotely from Horndean, Hampshire, rather than running a course. The first call is free. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
Two jobs with one search term
Typing "AI business coach" brings up people who run workshops, people who sell courses and people who build working systems. They solve different problems.
A coach helps you think: where AI might fit, what to try, how to keep your team on board. You still do the doing.
An installer does the doing. You describe the work that eats your week, and they build something that handles it.
Neither is better. The mistake is paying for one when you needed the other.
A salon owner’s week
This directory lists 46 hairdressers, 29 barbers and 65 beauty salons (counted on 10 October 2026). Take a hairdresser. Appointment requests arrive by message at all hours. Replies get sent in the gaps between clients, so some wait until evening. Customers who asked about a colour change never hear back after the first message.
A coach would help that owner think about whether to automate replies, what tone to use and how to brief the team. An installer would set up the replies, the diary booking and the nudge for people who went quiet.
If you are unsure which you need, ask yourself one question: do I lack ideas, or do I lack hours? Ideas point to a coach. Hours point to an installer.
Where Dean Keating sits
He is the installer. His website lists the jobs he builds agents for: replying to enquiries within minutes, following up leads until they book or say no, sending and chasing quotes, booking jobs into the diary, answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp, raising invoices and chasing late payments among them. It describes the service as installed for you, not handed over.
It is not a course. There is a free call first, and you leave it with a plan you can use with or without him. The cost is given after the call, with no obligation.
He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and works with West Sussex businesses remotely. If you want a coach who sits in the room, look at people based nearer to you, and say so on any first call you take.
How to compare
Ask each person what you will have at the end that you do not have today. A coach might say a plan and a clearer head. An installer should say a working system, in your tools, with your team trained to use it. The hairdressers best-of page is a useful place to see how local competitors present themselves before you decide what to automate.
