AI Consulting Services in Chichester: What You Get and How to Compare Providers

Two things sold under one name

"AI consulting" can mean a written report you take away and act on yourself. It can also mean someone who finds the job, builds the answer and puts it into your tools. Both are legitimate. They are not the same purchase, and the second needs a different question at the start: who does the building?

A nail salon, to make it concrete

The directory lists 17 nail salons (counted on 10 October 2026). Picture a technician working on one client at a time, hands busy. New enquiries arrive in between, and so do requests to move an appointment. Nothing is wrong with the business. The gap is the hour in the middle of the day when nobody is free to reply.

A consultant who only advises would write down that quick replies matter. A consultant who builds would ask which messages arrive, where, and what a good reply says, and then set up an agent to send it, with the awkward cases passed to the technician. The nail salons category shows how many others sit in the same trade.

How his consulting is laid out

His website sets out four steps.

1. A free call to talk through how the business runs.
2. An audit of the work worth automating.
3. The build and install, inside the tools you already use.
4. Training for your team, and support afterwards.

He starts with the single task that makes the most difference. You leave the free call with a plan you can use with or without him, so the first conversation has value even if you go elsewhere.

Comparing providers

Whether you are weighing one consultant against another, or against a consulting company, ask the same things:

• What do I have in my hands at the end of the first stage?
• Who builds it, and who trains my staff?
• Is the cost stated before work starts, and what does it cover?
• Do I keep a plan if I do not go ahead?

There is no published price list here; the cost is given after the free call. Treat any provider that quotes a figure before it knows what you do with the same caution.

Honest limits

Dean is a consultant, not a company. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and does the work remotely, though his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. It is not a course and not phone answering. He publishes this directory as well, so look at other providers before you decide.

About this guide

Chichester Directory is published by Dean Keating, who also runs the service described here. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, not in Chichester, and works with Chichester and West Sussex businesses remotely. If you want someone in the room, say so on the first call and look at Chichester-based providers too. This guide recommends our own service, so compare it with other providers before you decide.
